The vice-president of the Memur-Sen Confederation, Mr. Esen, participated in the training organized by the National Union of Banking Executives and Technicians (SNQTB) in Portugal.

In this perspective, Memur-Sen Confederation organized an international congress entitled "The Human, Labour and Global Competition" where 286 trade union leaders from 154 trade union confederations from 106 countries were present. In addition, at the centenary initiative of ILO on the future work, an international conference on "The Future of Work: Challenges and Opportunities" saw the participation of 13 regional organizations and more than 280 union leaders from 164 trade union delegations from 107 countries. esenportekiz2

Memur-Sen is also setting up the training program in "International Trade Unionism and Social Policies". To date, four training programs have been completed, which has welcomed young trade unionists from around the world.
