MISSION
Within the framework of its rights and powers granted by Turkish Constitution, national laws and international conventions and charters to which Turkey is a party and member Memur-Sen undertakes necessary measures to protect and promote its members’ common economic, social, cultural and democratic rights and interests on the basis of the principles of justice and equality

VISION
Memur-Sen aims in specific to protect and promote economic, social, cultural, personal and professional rights and interests while it aims in general to stand against any kind of unjust and unlawful practices in Turkey. It acts towards the achievement of these goals
within the framework of universal human rights and with an understating of constitutional democratic and social state of justice and law.
