International Students Leadership Academy

Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Mevlüt Çavusoglu delivered his speech at the openning ceremony of the International Students Leadership Academy organized by Memur-Sen’s youth branch; Youth Memur-Sen. Stating that the transformation process is currently characterized by immense challenges, Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu said that without any discrimination, the ideology of all terrorist organizations needs to be removed from the scene. Thus, terrorist organizations can not force more people, especially the younger generation to mobilize.
The first lesson of the International Student Leadership Academy was held in Ankara with the participation of Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu. In the program, Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu gave a lesson to international students about "Leadership in a Fragmented World" in English. In the speech he delivered at the beginning of the opening of the ceremony, Minister Çavuşoğlu expressed his thanks to those who organized the academy. Çavuşoğlu underlined the need for the right leadership to cope with new modern problems such as Islamophobia and immigrant opposition. Çavuşoğlu also expressed that the European Union has failed in many subjects such as immigrants, neighborhood, integration and economic policy, pointing out that the union can not even meet the demands of European societies.
