Memur-Sen Declares No Submission to the Public Servants’ Arbitration Board
25.08.25, Monday
The 8th Term Collective Bargaining negotiations, conducted under the principle of “Equity in Income, Balance in Wages” to restore workplace harmony and enhance the income levels of public employees and retirees, concluded without agreement due to the Public Employer’s continued intransigence.
In light of this deadlock, Memur-Sen has formally decided not to submit the signed minutes of the 8th Term Collective Bargaining negotiations to the Public Servants’ Arbitration Board and has refrained from initiating any proceedings before the Board.
This announcement is issued to inform the public with full transparency and respect.
