The Palestinian people's struggle against the occupation is just and legitimate. We condemn the occupation regime's attacks!

Since 1947, millions of people have been systematically massacred and expelled from their homes as part of a plan of genocide, and the rest have been condemned to struggle against hunger, poverty and destitution in Gaza. The struggle of the Palestinian people is just, legitimate and humane.
Every day, the Zionist regime extends its occupation by opening up Palestinian land to its armed settlers, destroying Palestinians' homes and workplaces, attacking the Al-Aqsa Mosque and turning the City of Peace, considered sacred not only to Muslims but also to Christians and Jews, into a bloodbath.
Medicines are banned from entering Gaza, home to more than two million people who have been boycotted for 16 years, and the building materials needed to construct the houses destroyed in the regime's attacks are not allowed in. In Gaza, where a humanitarian tragedy is unfolding, more than two million people are unfortunately living without basic necessities such as hospitals, schools, electricity and drinking water. In Gaza, where there is nothing that would allow a human life, and above all, there is no security of life because of the attacks by the occupying forces.
The Zionist occupation regime, with the military, financial and diplomatic support of the imperialist powers, does not respect the United Nations resolutions and clearly states that it will not respect them. The most important basis of the occupation regime, whose leaders should be tried by the International Criminal Court for the systematic massacres/genocides and war crimes they have committed, is undoubtedly the silence and indifference of the international community. In this respect, the occupation of Palestine constitutes a humanitarian and moral test for the civilised world. This being the case, we are confronted with a well-known double standard and hypocrisy that describes the legitimate defence of the Palestinian people as terrorism, while remaining silent about the inhuman boycott, exile, massacre and violence of the occupation regime.
As the Memur-Sen Confederation, we call on the United Nations Security Council and General Assembly to implement the decisions taken against Israel, and on the international community and human rights institutions and organisations to take action against the occupying regime's attacks. The civilised world must be held accountable for the crimes against humanity and occupation committed by the Zionist regime, which flouts international law and UN resolutions and pursues planned genocide with systematic massacres. The attacks on Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque must stop, the boycott against the Palestinian people must be lifted immediately and the occupying regime must put an end to the violence and massacres.
As a large Memur-Sen family, we support the legitimate struggle of the brotherly Palestinian people against the occupation, and we reaffirm once again that we stand by the oppressed and victimised Palestinian people.
