Ahmet Gök attended the General Assembly of SSSBİH

The Vice President of the Memur-Sen Confederation, Dr. Ahmet Gök, attended the 15th Ordinary General Assembly of the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions of Bosnia and Herzegovina (SSSBİH), where Selvedin Satorovic was re-elected as the President of SSSBiH.

ahmetgöksssbih-(2) Speaking before the General Assembly, Ahmet Gök stated in his speech that Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Bosniaks are highly valuable to Turkey and the Turkish people, and they will always be united and supportive. He expressed his gratitude to all the leaders and members of the union, particularly Selvedin Satarovic, the President of the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, for their significant assistance in the region after the earthquakes, described as the disaster of the century. Gök conveyed greetings from the President of Memur-Sen, Mr. Ali Yalçın, to all the members of the General Assembly.

ahmetgöksssbih (3) Continuing his speech, Gök stated that the gap between the rich and the poor is widening day by day, that poverty jeopardizes human dignity, and that certain powerful groups constantly initiate wars and conflicts to protect their own interests. "We must strive to establish a just and decent world order. We can only make progress on this issue by acting together in unity and solidarity. Solidarity and unity are our only hope in this regard. We must leave a world order for our children where resources are shared fairly and sustainably," he said.

The President of the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Selvedin Satorovic, was re-elected as the President of SSSBiH during the General Assembly.
