Double Feast in Idlib, Mehmet Akif Inan Neighborhood Opened

Mehmet Akif Inan Neighborhood, which was built in Syria's Idlib region in cooperation with the Mehmet Akif Inan Foundation and the Türkiye Diyanet Foundation, was opened to the service of the Syrian oppressed.
Within the scope of the "We are together, we are with Idlib" campaign, the opening and turnkey ceremony of the briquette houses built with the support of non-governmental organizations under the coordination of AFAD was held.
Within the scope of the campaign, the ribbon of Mehmet Akif Inan District, which was built in the Idlip Kemmune campus, was also cut.
Speaking at the opening and addressing the Syrians who filled the area, Memur-Sen President Ali Yalçın stated that Mehmet Akif Inan Foundation has built a school, a mosque, a children's playground and 400 briquette houses as well as a school with 20 classrooms in Çobanbey. We wanted to be with you in these difficult days that started in 2011. Greetings from our members from Turkey, who helped us bring this opportunity here by supporting us. We have not left the oppressed alone anywhere in the world, and we will not leave you alone either. You are our brothers and sisters" he said.
Mehmet Akif Inan Neighborhood was opened by Memur-Sen President Mr. Ali Yalçın and Interior Minister Mr. Süleyman Soylu, as well as Memur-Sen Secretary General Mr. Semih Durmuş, Vice Presidents Mr. Levent Uslu, Mr. Hüseyin Öztürk, Mr. Mehmet Emin Esen, Mr. Hacı Bayram Tonbul, Mr. Soner Can Tufanoğlu, Eğitim-Bir-Sen Secretary General Mr. Latif Selvi, Buüro Memur-Sen President Mr. Yusuf Yazgan, Ulaştırma Memur-Sen President Mr. Kenan Calışkan, Diyanet-Sen President Mr. Ali Yıldız, the vice presidents of our affiliated unions and our commission chairs.
Mehmet Akif İnan Mahallesi is located in the Kemmune campus, where more than 50 thousand residences are located, built by non-governmental organizations under the Coordination of AFAD. Bayındır Memur-Sen Necmettin Erbakan Mosque, Mithat Sevin School, Büşra İnan Park and 400 briquette houses are located in the neighborhood.
